R & D Center

Founded in 2016,Dongguan Pinyi R&D Center is guided by new technologies, new ideas and new creations. It specializes in the design and development of automation equipment and automated production lines; design and development of metal stamping dies and plastic molds. The precision of research and development automation machines and molds reaches 0.01mm, and the technical achievements are leading in the country.

The R&D center has an excellent team with strong technology, professionalism and cooperation spirit; more than 20 team members, 12 college graduates, 9 experienced and excellent designers, and more than 30 patent achievements; and Dongguan Polytechnic Institute, etc. The establishment of long-term cooperative relations in universities has made the company's research and development of new technologies energetic.

The R&D center has provided automation equipment, automated production lines, mold design, R&D and manufacturing for Tyco, Amphenol, Molex and Derun Electronics, and established a good cooperative relationship.

The R&D center has invested more than 10 million yuan to build the test production line, automation research department and mold research and development center. Focus on the following aspects:

1. Automated production line transformation design and automation equipment development, manipulator application research.

2. Connector molds design and development.

3. Mold modification, etc design, development and mold modification of Plastic mold

4. Precision parts design and manufacture.

5. Evaluation of scientific research results and development.
